By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Services are provided as described in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to modify services with reasonable notice.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances with appropriate notice.
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices include VAT where applicable.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to improperly installed fixtures, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. We maintain appropriate insurance for professional services.
Clients must provide safe access to premises, secure valuables, inform us of any hazards or special requirements, and ensure pets are secured during service. Clients are responsible for clearing clutter that may impede cleaning.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
