Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on the type and scope of service. Residential regular cleaning starts at £89 per visit, deep cleaning at £149, and end of tenancy cleaning at £199. Commercial cleaning is priced based on square footage and frequency. All prices include VAT. We provide transparent quotes with no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Payment is typically due upon completion of service for one-time cleanings. For regular clients, we can arrange monthly invoicing or direct debit payments.
Do you offer discounts for regular service?

What's included in a regular cleaning?
Our regular cleaning service includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, kitchen cleaning (surfaces, appliances, sink), bathroom cleaning (toilet, sink, shower/bath, mirrors), bin emptying, and general tidying. You can customize the service to focus on specific areas or add additional tasks.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use professional-grade, environmentally-friendly products that are effective and safe. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, we're happy to use products you provide.
How long does a cleaning session take?
Time varies based on property size and service type. A standard 3-bedroom home typically takes 2-3 hours for regular cleaning and 4-5 hours for deep cleaning. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when you book, and our team works efficiently without rushing quality.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, you don't need to be present. Many of our clients provide keys or access codes so we can clean while they're at work. We respect your privacy and security, and all our staff are thoroughly vetted and trustworthy. We'll lock up and secure your property when we finish.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
